Miniatures and Scenic Scale Models
A roombox is a miniature three-dimensional environment, a setting that reproduces, on a reduced scale, the real and the imagined.
Each roombox is handcrafted, piece by piece, with aesthetic and poetic care. We use cardboard, wood, fabrics, metals, pigments, and objects collected over time.
The result is a small universe where the gaze lingers, recognizing textures, lights, and details that evoke memory.

In this original model-making project, Arte Purínea explored the limits of manual detailing to create an environment that breathes history and use.

1:20 Scale Suite — Interior Design Study
This 1:20 scale model was developed as a spatial study for the design of a compact suite planned for two 40-foot shipping containers.
The project explores the functional organization of integrated spaces, combining a rest area, bathroom, and storage within a reduced space, without compromising comfort and fluidity.
The composition prioritizes materials with a natural appearance, welcoming textures, and a distribution that enhances circulation and lighting. The furniture was designed to optimize the use of space, with compact and integrated solutions.
The model allows for precise observation of proportions, volumetry, and spatial relationships, serving as a study tool to evaluate ergonomics, layout, and atmosphere of the environment before full-scale execution.
Miniature: Caffè Zineo
In this roombox project, Arte Purínea combined set design, interior design, and model making to create a detailed gastronomic retreat.
Caffè Zineo is an exercise in textures and composition, where each element was positioned to guide the eye.
